Steal our strategies
We're not gatekeeping. These AI strategies work whether you use Halosight or not. Then see what it looks like when Halosight does the visit write-up for you.
No stringsStrategy 01Account history
Know the account before you park.
You open the CRM to prep. Forty-seven notes that say "good meeting." Three contact names and no idea who signs. An hour later you're still digging, and the meeting is in 20 minutes.
How to fix it
Export the account notes.
Everything in the CRM for this account. Yes, even Bob's notes from 2021.
Add your playbook.
This quarter's priorities, the sales guidelines, whatever management keeps emailing about.
Hand it to AI.
Paste it all into your AI tool with the prompt below.
Read it in the truck.
Five minutes later you know more than an hour of CRM archaeology would have told you.
I'm attaching notes and history from one of my accounts, plus our company sales guidelines. Please analyze this information and create: 1. A clear timeline of our relationship with this account 2. Key decision makers and their interests 3. Current opportunities and challenges 4. Strategic priorities based on our sales guidelines 5. 3-5 talking points I should focus on in my next visit Format this as a brief, scannable summary I can review in 5 minutes before my meeting.
Strategy 02Pipeline risk
Spot the at-risk accounts first.
Fifteen reps, 200 accounts. By the time you find "customer mentioned switching vendors" in paragraph three of somebody's notes, they already switched. Last month.
How to fix it
Pull a month of notes.
Every account on the team. Including the "forgot to log this last week" ones.
Feed it to AI.
Drop it into your AI tool and ask for the warning signs you're too busy to spot.
Read the risk report.
Ranked, account by account. Spoiler: it's more of them than you thought.
Go put out fires.
You know where they are now. Get to those accounts before your competitor does.
I'm providing you with recent account notes from my sales team covering multiple accounts. Please analyze these notes and provide: 1. A ranked list of accounts by risk level (high, medium, low) 2. Specific warning signs or loyalty indicators for each account 3. Accounts showing signs of churn or dissatisfaction 4. Accounts with untapped growth opportunities 5. Recommended actions for the top 5 priority accounts Focus on patterns, sentiment changes, and any red flags that might indicate problems I should address immediately.
Strategy 03Visit questions
Walk in with better questions.
"How's business?" "Any upcoming needs?" You've asked them a thousand times. Meanwhile the opening is sitting right there in their account history, and they bring it up after you leave.
How to fix it
Export their history.
The notes you meant to read last week.
Add what you're pushing.
New programs, this month's promo, whatever made it into the sales deck.
Ask AI for questions.
Feed it to your AI tool. Ask for questions that don't sound like a script from 2003.
Keep the good ones.
Pick three to five that don't make you cringe. Walk in prepared. Because you are.
I have an upcoming visit with one of my accounts. I'm attaching their account history and our company's latest programs and promotions. Please help me prepare by suggesting: 1. 10 strategic questions that will help advance this relationship 2. Questions that uncover new opportunities based on their history 3. Questions that naturally introduce our new programs 4. Questions that address any concerns or issues from past visits 5. Open-ended questions that encourage meaningful dialogue Prioritize questions that demonstrate I understand their business and am bringing value, not just pushing products.
